Project Description

The East Link Light Rail Transit Project is approximately 5 miles from South Bellevue through Downtown Bellevue and the Bellevue Corridor area. This segment consists of at-grade, aerial, tunnel and retained cut/fill double track guideway, six stations (2 elevated, 2 at-grade stations, 1 retained cut and 1 one retained fill), one 1,400 stall parking garage, one 300 stall park and ride lot, ½ mile of SEM tunnel, two long span interstate crossings and various roadway and utility work. Segments included E320 (South Bellevue Station), E330 (Downtown Bellevue Tunnel), E335 (Downtown Bellevue to Spring District), and E340 (Bel-Red Station).

JTS provided Document Control Services for the project. This included managing the collection, retention, retrieval, distribution, and transmission of project documents including baseline and reference documents, project reports, communications, engineering drawings, contract documents, and other records. Our team conducted periodic quality assurance audits on hard copy documents, online files, databases, and storage systems. We performed quality checks on documents and metadata across hard copy, email, and SharePoint files, provided feedback, and verified compliance with owner requirements. At project completion, we oversaw closeout documentation.
