Project Description

Sound Transit’s East Link I-90 segment is approximately 7 miles of Light Rail Transit construction from the International District Station in downtown Seattle along the Interstate-90 floating bridge to the South Bellevue Park and Ride Station.

Our team provided thorough inspections of all construction activities to verify compliance with project documents, work plans, codes, regulations, and industry standards. We reviewed project drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to gain a clear understanding of project standards and requirements. We examined construction materials for quality, authenticity, and compliance with approved samples and specifications.

We assessed the workmanship and construction methods employed on the project, verifying that they adhered to the approved plans, project documents, and industry best practices. The JTS team performed all other quality assurance services as directed by the resident engineer and project quality manager.
