Project Description

The project focused on creating a 52,000-sf facility equipped with a lounge, library, multipurpose community room, meeting spaces, commercial kitchen, fitness areas, locker rooms, classrooms, and gymnasium with elevated indoor track.

JTS provided Project Administrative assistance, supporting the owner’s representative. Responsibilities included reviewing contracts and project documentation, evaluating project risks, and ensuring compliance with work health and safety protocols. The team also resolved contract disputes and prepared contract reports.
